Heber 4th of July fireworks

For the 4th of July fireworks we always go to Heber. I have to say these are the best firework show in AZ and probably the best I have ever seen. I think most people who go to Heber every year like me agree. So many people go to this firework show that they hold the show on a Saturday so people who come from the Valley can be there for it if they have to work during the week. That day we always go early to the baseball field we sit in and eat, play games, walk around to the booths and just kill time having fun waiting for it to get dark. Its one of my favorite holiday traditions.

While at the cabin some family asked me to take some pictures for them. Here is a few I thought turned out cute. Its great practice for me so I love doing it.

4th of July Parade

For the 4th of July we went to the cabin. Every year we go to Show Low for the parade and then Heber that night for the fireworks. But this year my cousins husband is running for sheriff for Apache county. So he did the parade in Round Valley where he lives. He asked family to be in the parade with him. Not only did they have a float but my parents and aunt brought their mule and my grandparents brought their golf cart. We had so much fun. I think it was so fun because we were with family, acting crazy and Hayden was having so much fun. Hayden loved throwing candy and yelling to the crowd "Vote for Andrew!"

Family Karaoke

We have had a few swim parties lately. The other evening once we were all done most the people stayed and started to play on my Karaoke Machine. Everyone was singing and acting funny I thought I had to record them. Unless there is sunlight my camera records so dark with normal lighting so most of its hard to see. But everyone is loud and off key so its funny!

So Hayden thinks he can dance

Hayden keeps saying he has some cool tricks to show us. He keeps dancing for us so I decided to record it. He picked out the song out of the ones I was looking for online. We have been watching "So you think you can dance" one of our favorite show!!!! So I am sure this is where he got his "cool tricks" from. I think he wants to be a Hip Hop dancer...haha!

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

My brothers and their wives were going to go to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for a late anniversary celebration. Since we have been before Ryan said he wanted us to go with him and he also knew we LOVED to eat there and would love an excuse to go. The meal was great as always and we had lots of fun.

Morris Family Reunion Slideshow!

I finally finished the Morris Family reunion slide show. Its very long but there was too many pictures and hard to pick which ones to leave out. My aunt Cinda made a poem for her trailer which totally describes our family reunion and our traditions. I added it to the slide design but its hard to read. It says....

camp-ing [kamping] verb

living outdoors in a tent or trailer while
on vacation or as a recreational activity;
eat smores and dutch oven potatoes;
play piggy wants a signal, volleyball and

sit around the campfire and tell stories;

Hayden always has to get hurt!

It wouldn't have been a complete trip camping if Hayden left without getting hurt. It never fails, he leaves with some kind of small injury that's shows for weeks. The last day of camping Hayden burned his hand on my brothers heater in his tent. It left a funny mark on his hand so I had to take a picture of it.

Camping

We just got back from camping at our Morris family reunion. We had a real good time! I took my new camera and enjoyed trying to capture all the fun moments. I am so new to the camera that I know I am not using it completely right. I will add a slide later of some of my pictures but here is a few of my favorites that I took.

Your laughter is my sunshine!

Aaron bought me a very nice new camera. I have lots to learn with it so I have been taking lots of shots to see what looks best. I was taking some of Hayden and he was being such a goof ball. I thought these came out pretty cute and really show off his personality. So I made a collage of him on photoshop.
